Topanga Pet Resort© reserves the right to refuse admittance to any dog guest for any reason at any time, such as displaying signs of untreated or potentially contagious conditions, demonstrating aggressive behavior and owner declined to have dog trained, or who fails our standard health and temperament policies.
Topanga Pet Resort© reserves the right to evaluate mixed breeds on a case-by-case basis. Every dog admitted into the Topanga Pet Resort© facility requires a behavior and temperament evaluation before his/her first stay. If it has been awhile since your dog has stayed with us, we may need to reevaluate to determine if they have had any changes in behavior. The safety and comfort of every dog entering Topanga Pet Resort© is our top priority and we reserve the right to restrict admittance into Topanga Pet Resort© at any time.
If determined by Topanga Pet Resort©, additional training may be required for your pup to help them enhance their social skills which will ensure a more balanced dog. This includes high energy dogs and/or dogs that don’t know proper boundaries around people or other dogs. We have large yards and want to have an enjoyable experience!
